ConfidEdge offers an AI-powered interview preparation service. Users can upload a CV/resume and a job description (JD) to receive automatically generated interview questions, model answers, study plans, and other preparation materials.

Our Service is provided per session. Each paid session analyzes one CV and one JD.

You may need to create an account to use some features.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

• Pricing is per session—each session covers one CV and one JD analysis.
• Fees are displayed clearly at checkout.
• Payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• We use third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and understand we do not store your payment information directly.

• You may use AI-generated questions, answers, study plans, and materials for personal, non-commercial interview preparation only.
• You may not copy, resell, distribute, or publish our content without permission.

• You retain ownership of any CVs, JDs, or other materials you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content to provide our Service.
• You agree not to upload any unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading material.

However:

• There may be cases where results are incomplete, inaccurate, or not fully tailored to your needs.
• We do not guarantee job offers, interview outcomes, or employment results.

Users should always exercise their own judgment and discretion when applying any advice or content.

• We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

• ConfidEdge and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content).
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Service without permission.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to share unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems or networks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConfidEdge, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that existed before termination.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Changes will be posted on our website.
• Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
• You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
